About Me
Cory King is the Managing Partner of CAZA® Knoxville, an investment and residential real estate sales team.
With more than a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry — working his way up from dishwasher to owner/operator — Cory brings a servant’s heart and a deep sense of ownership to everything he leads.
His real estate journey began in 2009, when he purchased his first home and learned to “house hack” with two roommates, covering expenses and creating room for growth. Finding creative opportunities in a down market, he began acquiring vacant lots at local auctions and selling them directly to neighbors — gaining valuable experience and extra income while mastering the process.
Cory is passionate about serving East Tennessee and building something bigger than himself. He’s known for his measured approach, strong work ethic, and talent for hosting high-level events and masterminds that inspire agents to reach top-producer status.
Outside of business, Cory is a proud husband to Amelia and devoted father to their three boys.
His mission is simple: to make homeownership accessible to as many people as possible — and to help turn ordinary individuals into millionaires through real estate.
