Emily is originally from Maryland but moved to Virginia when she was in middle school, so the DMV is where she considers “home.”
Before joining CAZA®, she worked in large-scale operations for an iconic national brand but was always drawn to the world of real estate. When the opportunity arose to combine her experience in business operations with her interest in real estate, she joined the team. Her true passion lies in building business systems that scale efficiently and profitably — and, more importantly, make a positive impact on others.
Outside of business building, Emily is a wife and mom of three daughters, so most of her hobbies revolve around her family. She loves to travel to new cities, explore new places, cook, and has a deep appreciation for home design.
