I’m Ampie Luistro, a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines.
Before joining CAZA®, I worked as a BPO agent in Manila for almost eight years, handling different lines of business and gaining valuable experience in communication and customer service. In 2012, after having my first baby, I realized how difficult it was to be away from my child. With my partner’s support, I began looking for ways to work from home so I could care for my family while still building my career.
In 2013, I started freelancing as a Virtual Assistant on Upwork, handling mostly project-based jobs. To supplement my income, I also ran an online shop selling clothes, bags, toys, makeup, and perfumes. While business was good, the constant meetups and deliveries became challenging. That’s when I discovered a company hiring virtual assistants with great benefits — MOD — and after completing their training, I was hired by Rob Chevez to join The CAZA® Group in April 2015.
At CAZA®, I manage administrative and listing operations. From coordinating new listings to ordering materials like sign posts, photos, and videos, I handle everything needed to get a property live. I build and update listings in MRIS/MLS, oversee all related marketing tasks, and ensure properties are advertised across our social media platforms. I also assist my colleagues with other administrative projects as needed.
Working from home has been such a blessing—especially with a team that trusts, supports, and values my work. Now a proud mom of two lovely daughters, I’m also able to pay my own housing loan thanks to the opportunities I’ve had with The CAZA® Group. I truly love what I do, and I’m grateful every day to be part of this amazing team.
