Jamie’s journey into real estate and leadership is as dynamic as it is inspiring.
Raised in a family that owned shopping centers, a mobile home park, single-family homes, grocery stores, hardware stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and even an internet service, Jamie developed an early understanding of real estate and entrepreneurship. Her passion for the industry blossomed in 2013 when she purchased her first investment property. Since then, she has built a diverse portfolio that includes flipped homes, managed Airbnbs, assisted living group homes, and creative strategies like sub-to, BRRR, and slow flips—showcasing her ingenuity and resilience.
Jamie’s career path also includes working in the legal field with a real estate closing firm in Washington, DC, and founding a boutique brokerage in Northern Virginia. These roles honed her expertise in contracts, negotiations, leadership, and client service—skills she now channels into empowering investors and building a strong community.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jamie lives in Cary, NC, with her husband and seven of their eight children. She is a fan of road trips, hiking, tackling DIY projects, bougie food on a blue-collar budget, and discovering off-market deals. Her passion for real estate extends beyond her personal achievements; she is deeply committed to helping others achieve financial freedom through property investing and creating a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
