After two decades spent mentoring and motivating others as an educator, Amy Colvin discovered that her true calling extended beyond the classroom — helping families build stability and wealth through real estate. With more than 20 years of experience in education and Human Resources, Amy brings persistence, empathy, and strong communication skills to every client relationship.
Her own experience buying and owning investment properties sparked a deep appreciation for real estate as both a personal and financial milestone. Having moved across the country multiple times as a former military spouse, Amy understands firsthand the challenges and emotions that come with relocation. Whether helping a family find their forever home or guiding new investors toward building their portfolio, she approaches every transaction with patience, integrity, and an educator’s heart.

Amy lives in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, and loves the area’s small-town charm and sense of community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golfing, crafting, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
