About Me
Beth Megel grew up in Tennessee — and still has the accent to prove it! She’s a proud mom to three girls (ages 13, 10, and 6) and a Shih Tzu puppy, her only “son.” Married to Matt Megel, Beth and Matt operate CAZA® Gainesville, where they live, work, and play in the Gainesville, VA community.
Beth wears many hats — or as she likes to say, she’s the “doer of all the things.” As a Home Staging Consultant and licensed REALTOR®, she combines her creativity, experience, and market expertise to help clients prepare their homes to sell for top dollar — while keeping as much profit in their pockets as possible.
She finds her work deeply rewarding, helping clients navigate what can be a stressful time with confidence and peace of mind. Beth is proud and honored to work alongside the dynamic industry leaders at The CAZA® Group.
When she’s not working, you can find Beth at the beach, behind a camera, reading a good book, hiking, or diving into something creative.
