About Me
My name is Beth Megel. I grew up in Tennessee, and still have the accent to prove it! I am a Mommy to 3 little girls ages 13, 10 and 6, and a shih tzu puppy is my only son. I am married to Matt Megel and together we operate CAZA Gainesville. We live work and play in Gainesville, VA. For fun I enjoy the beach, photography, reading, hiking, and anything creative.
My job title is really "the doer of all the things" - ha! No, really, I am a home staging consultant and licensed realtor. I love to use my knowledge, experience, skills and personal connections to make sure that when clients are selling a home, they make purposeful updates to ensure selling for top dollar, but more importantly, keeping the most money in their pockets at the end of the sale! I love my work and find it very rewarding to help people get the best outcome with what could be very stressful time, buying or selling a home. I'm proud and honored to work with an amazing group of dynamic industry leaders at the CAZA Group.
