Carma likes to call herself an agent matchmaker. She can help you with any real estate needs and questions. When you are ready to buy, sell, or rent, she can match you with one of the great agents on our team to make sure you get the right agent to fit your personality and needs.

Carma is a resident of Leesburg, Virginia where she lives with her husband and 3 children. She was born in Idaho and moved around a lot as a child. She has also lived in Colorado, New Mexico, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, and Utah. She has a BA in general theater studies from Brigham Young University, and her emphasis was costume and makeup design. While she did not go on to do theater professionally, she has enjoyed participating in community theater over the years.

She has worked in various inside sales and customer service positions over the past 8 years. Carma is happy to be working with the CAZA group because their focus of educating and empowering home buyers and sellers resonates with her. She is an inquisitive person who loves to learn and understand things and people. She enjoys connecting with people and really listening to them so that she can understand who they are, what they need, and how to help.
