About Me
Cory King is the Managing Partner of CAZA Knoxville, an investment and residential real estate sales team.
As someone with 10+ years in restaurants/hospitality, working up from dishwasher to owner/operator, Cory brings a servants heart and pride of ownership to everything he leads.
As an investor, the real estate journey began in 2009 when he purchased his first home and learned to "house hack" with 2 roommates, covering expenses and allowing for growth. Finding ways to be creative in a down market, he began acquiring vacant lots at local auctions and started selling them directly to neighbors as a way to make some extra income and learn more about the processes.
Cory has been passionate about serving East Tennessee—and building something bigger than himself. He’s a measured, patient person known for a strong work eithic, hosting high level events and masterminds, and coaching agents into top producers.
Outside of business, Cory is a proud husband to Amelia and doting father to their three boys
The mission is to deliver homeownership to everyone possible and make millionaires out of ordinary people.
