Originally from Upstate New York, my journey in the hospitality industry began as a Server and Bartender throughout high school and college. After moving to Loudoun County, VA, I took on a management role at Ruby Tuesday, which ultimately propelled me into a career in sales—and eventually, real estate.

For the past 23 years, I’ve been a REALTOR® and Productivity Coach/Mentor, helping countless clients navigate the real estate market. Since joining THE CAZA GROUP, I’ve developed a deep passion for real estate investing, particularly in the world of Short-Term Rentals (STRs). Over the past four years, I’ve successfully guided multiple clients in acquiring their first STRs—many of whom have since expanded to multiple properties.

Focusing on the Shenandoah Valley, just two hours from Washington, D.C., has been incredibly rewarding. This region, rich in natural beauty and sought-after amenities, offers outstanding investment opportunities.
