About Me
A heartbeat resonates within every community, and Justin Myers has tuned in to those of Tampa Bay and East Tennessee. His real estate journey began in the vibrant neighborhoods of Tampa in 2005, where he started as a mortgage broker. After navigating the challenges of the Great Recession, Justin expanded his expertise into property management and later founded a transaction management company—demonstrating his lifelong commitment to premium service and client satisfaction. His Notre Dame education ignited a passion for continuous learning and a drive to master every facet of the real estate industry.
Justin’s mantra, “Everyone Deserves a Home,” extends far beyond his professional career. Through his work with GRID® Knoxville, CareCuts, and Knox Pride, he advocates for affordable housing and strives to combat homelessness. His volunteer efforts reflect a deep belief in inclusivity, compassion, and the power of community.
Among his many achievements, Justin founded GRID® Knoxville, served as the inaugural President of KWYP Greater Knoxville, and co-founded Pints for Purpose, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving back. His leadership and impact were recognized with the 2021 KWYP Cultural Icon Award.
Outside of work, Justin embraces fatherhood and fitness, often practicing yoga and enjoying East Tennessee’s local culture, arts, and natural beauty. He’s a fan of local favorites like Sticky Rice, Potchke, and Cataleya Cantina, and cherishes the holiday tradition of watching It’s a Wonderful Life at the Tennessee Theatre.
