Hi, I am Patty!
I am a dedicated Virtual Desk Assistant with over 10 years of extensive experience in Client Care, Quality Assurance and Transaction Process Coordination. I ensure a strong background in all facets of customer support, database care and timeline management. It is an absolutely gratifying opportunity that I am able to tailor my skills and efficiently help The CAZA Group in my assigned role. The CAZA Group has given me one of the best work possibilities when I became part of their prestigious team in 2015. The CAZA Group is a close-knit family of amazingly awesome professionals!
I come from The Pearl of the Orient Seas in the Continent of Asia, home of the many islands. I love the outdoors. I enjoy greeneries and island hopping. I am an enthusiast of travel and getting acquainted with the beautiful varieties of arts and cultures. I have a keen eye for Art Works and keep collectibles from places I visit.
I have a daughter who I named Isidora Nalda Amor which is Latin for Wisdom, Strength and Love; 3 among essential attributes in life she is becoming more an epitome of. At our home, we are each other’s family together with 3 fun-loving American Pitbull Terriers; Hashina, Jamhaal and Aasheervaad (Sanskrit for Beauty, Princely and Blessing). Their names are their “persona”. They keep my days filled with laughter.
I love being busy with tasks. At work with professional duties and at home with domestic duties, I am an avid fan of timeline completion. I love the feeling of fulfillment and accomplishment with tasks done right, done well and done on time.
At home and with The CAZA Group, every day is an enjoyable purpose-filled day I would not trade for anything else because it is the kind of day I love – the kind of day everyone would love.
