Hi, I’m Patty!
I am a dedicated Virtual Desk Assistant with over 10 years of extensive experience in Client Care, Quality Assurance, and Transaction Process Coordination. I bring a strong background in customer support, database management, and timeline coordination—ensuring every detail is handled with care and efficiency.
It has been an incredibly gratifying opportunity to apply my skills in support of The CAZA® Group, which I’ve proudly been part of since 2015. Working with such a close-knit, passionate, and inspiring team has truly been one of the best professional experiences of my life.
I come from the Philippines, known as the Pearl of the Orient Seas. I love the outdoors—especially island hopping and exploring green, nature-filled places. I’m also passionate about art, travel, and discovering the beauty of different cultures.
At home, I’m a proud mom to my daughter, Isidora Nalda Amor, whose name—Latin for Wisdom, Strength, and Love—reflects the woman she is becoming. Together with our three fun-loving American Pitbull Terriers—Hashina, Jamhaal, and Aasheervaad (Sanskrit for Beauty, Princely, and Blessing)—our home is always full of joy and laughter.
I thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments and find fulfillment in completing tasks with precision and excellence.
