Tyler Bailey was born and raised in Stafford County, Virginia, where his passion for sports led him to earn a baseball scholarship at King University. There, he played for four years and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Since graduation, Tyler has traveled the country, started a family with the love of his life, and built a rewarding career in real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors — hiking, fishing, and appreciating life’s simple moments. Family and community are at the heart of everything he does.

Tyler chose real estate because it allows him to help others through one of life’s biggest milestones: finding a home. Giving back to the communities that shaped him is deeply important to him. He strives to provide the guidance, knowledge, and support his clients need to achieve their goals and find the home of their dreams — because to him, that’s the ultimate reward.
