Effective Date: 09/18/2025
1. Introduction
The CAZA Group and its auxiliary businesses (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes your
privacy seriously. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when
you sign up to receive SMS (text) messages from us.
2. Consent and Opt‑In
- You must provide express consent (opt-in) to receive SMS messages from The CAZA Group, whether
via web form, verbally, or otherwise. Consent must be specific, unambiguous, and documented.
- For promotional messages, we require express written consent—for example, through a web form or equivalent means.
- For transactional or conversational messages initiated by you (e.g., appointment or support requests), implied consent may apply.
- If you sign up for recurring messages, we will send an opt-in confirmation message confirming
your subscription, message frequency, and how to opt out.
3. What You Can Expect in Our Messages
Each SMS you receive will clearly identify The CAZA Group as the sender.
Messages will include:
- A clear call-to-action (CTA) explaining the purpose of the message.
- Any applicable fees or data charges, such as “Message and data rates may apply.”
- Instructions on how to opt-out (e.g., "Reply STOP to cancel") and obtain help (e.g., "Reply HELP for
assistance").
4. Opt‑Out Policy
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with "STOP" (case-insensitive). We will honor
your request promptly and send a confirmation of your opt-out.
Alternate methods (e.g., email or phone) to opt out may also be provided as needed.
5. Message Content Restrictions
Our messages never include prohibited content such as:
- High-risk financial services (e.g., loans, debt collection, cryptocurrency)
- Get-rich-quick schemes or deceptive marketing
- SHAFT content: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco
- Phishing, scams, profanity, pornographic, or other disallowed content
6. Registration & Compliance
To ensure deliverability and compliance:
- We register all messaging campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) as required for U.S. A2P
10‑DLC messaging.
- We maintain campaign registration and approval status via our admin dashboard before sending
messages.
7. Retention of Consent Records
We securely store documentation of your opt-in consent, including time, method, and campaign specifics.
This is retained even after you opt out, and may be used to address any compliance inquiries or disputes.
8. Message Hours
If messages are marketing/promotional in nature, we limit messaging to business hours—typically between
8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone—to comply with best practices and TCPA guidelines.
9. Third‑Party Disclosures
We may share your information with trusted service providers solely for campaign management and
messaging delivery. We do not sell or share your mobile number for unrelated purposes or third-party
marketing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised
"Effective Date" and, if significant, communicated via SMS or email before taking effect.
